Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and connect them to the appropriate sales teams, playing a crucial role in the company's commercial organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound leads for your region, responding within strict SLAs
- Qualify prospects via inbound calls, chat-apps, and contact forms
- Identify customer needs, segment, and vertical early to route leads correctly
- Set up high-quality meetings for Account Executives in Tier 1 and Mid-Market teams
- Maintain accurate lead, account, and activity data in Salesforce
- Verify and enrich lead and account information using approved tools
- Act as a quality checkpoint to ensure leads are ready for sales engagement
- Collaborate closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion
- Continuously learn Infobip products, solutions, and business use cases

- Interest in sales, business development, or B2B tech environments
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with customers
- Comfortable working with targets, SLAs, and structured processes
- Organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented
- Curious, coachable, and open to continuous feedback
