Sales Development Representative - Flemish/Dutch Speaking
Deliveroo is on a mission to transform the way people shop and eat, seeking a Sales Development Representative who speaks Flemish/Dutch to help expand their Belgian footprint. In this role, you will identify and pitch to high-potential partners, driving growth in their international marketplace through proactive outreach and effective lead management.
Responsibilities
- Drive New Business: Proactively acquire new partners through high-volume cold calling, email, and social selling across the Belgian market
- Lead Management: Expertly manage and qualify both inbound and outbound sales leads to maintain a healthy growth pipeline
- Pipeline Ownership: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce to track your sales journey and ensure no opportunity is missed
- Hit Targets: Work towards ambitious monthly KPIs and targets that directly contribute to Deliveroo’s revenue and market share
- Collaborative Growth: Work within a multilingual squad to share best practices and develop strategies that resonate with Flemish and Dutch-speaking partners
Skills
- Native-level or professional fluency in Flemish/Dutch and English is essential
- A 'can-do' attitude with the confidence to make regular cold calls and handle objections with ease
- Proven ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and via digital channels
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of potential partners
- Experience with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools like Salesforce
