ProSight Financial Association is a leading industry organization focused on empowering financial services leaders. They are seeking a highly organized and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to support their recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement efforts, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and employees.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruiting communications and respond to candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics with candidates and hiring managers. Support candidate screening efforts as needed
  • Proactively source candidates across platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System (ATS) ensuring data accuracy, reporting integrity, and workflow consistency. Maintain job postings and candidate records
  • Update all materials related to new hire onboarding and candidate communications to ensure information is current and relevant
  • Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a positive new hire experience
  • Support employee recognition programs, employee engagement initiatives and training and development offerings
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion
  • Work effectively with employees and managers throughout the organization to provide information, guidance and support
  • Provide back-up to other Human Resources team members as needed
  • Support other HR initiatives and projects as assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and 1-3 years of HR, recruiting, or related experience
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships at all levels
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn HR systems
  • Experience supporting a hybrid or multi-location workforce
