Account & Project Coordinator

The Account & Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in aligning client needs with technical capabilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Estimate Support : Collaborate closely with Technical Consultants to support the Sales Team build accurate, realistic estimates
- Proposal Governance : Thoroughly review and understand the Scope of Proposals to ensure alignment across all stakeholders
- Deliverable Quality Control : Monitor project milestones to ensure all agreed-upon deliverables are met successfully
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) : Regularly check in with clients to measure and optimize CSAT scores during project execution and upon closure
- Client Engagement : Foster strong relationships to ensure the client remains highly committed and responsive throughout the project lifecycle
- Activity Planning : Plan and schedule weekly project activities in tight coordination with Axosnet Consultants
- Scope Management : Vigilantly monitor project scope. In the event of scope creep, initiate and manage the Change Control process after technical review
- Financial Tracking: Follow up on timesheet submissions, ensure accurate time fulfillment, and facilitate the billing process for approved hours
Skills
- 1-3 years of experience managing projects or account coordination, specifically related to Expense, Travel, and Invoice Management systems
- A solid, foundational understanding of corporate finance processes, including Travel & Expense (T&E) accounting, Accounts Payable (AP) integration, tax handling, and General Ledger (GL) postings
- Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing relationships with corporate Finance and Shared Services teams
- Experience creating documentation and conducting training sessions for business end-users

- Work Schedule: This role requires on-site work during the first three months of employment. Following the successful completion of this initial period, 2 flexible remote work days per week may be awarded based on performance and business needs.
