Technical Product Manager

We serve customers globally, generating millions of monthly user visits through performance marketing across major acquisition channels. Headquartered in Cyprus, MCR operates a portfolio of profitable subscription businesses with a strong focus on innovation, experimentation, and continuous growth. We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our remote team. This is a full-time position. Your Responsibilities Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new subscription products and funnels: Build → Launch → Test → Scale → Localization. Coordinate multiple product launches simultaneously while ensuring smooth execution and adherence to performance milestones. Work directly with the CEO and Product COO to identify, prioritize, and execute new product opportunities. Analyze funnel performance, customer behavior, conversion metrics, retention, churn, and LTV to drive product decisions. Collaborate closely with paid acquisition teams across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels to maximize growth opportunities. Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify winning product concepts and funnel mechanics. Develop and continuously improve scalable processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks for launching new products efficiently. Leverage AI tools for research, funnel analysis, UX reviews, data interpretation, and content optimization. Make data-driven recommendations on whether to scale, optimize, or discontinue products based on performance.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4 years of experience in consumer subscription businesses, DTC, mobile apps, gaming, e-commerce, or other performance-driven B2C environments. Proven experience launching and scaling at least 2 subscription products or funnels from concept to market. Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, retention, subscription economics, and customer lifecycle management. Experience working closely with paid acquisition channels such as Meta, Google, TikTok, or similar platforms. Ability to analyze cohorts, retention data, and LTV models to make informed product decisions. Comfortable using tools such as Stripe, GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, A/B testing platforms, and basic SQL. Strong AI proficiency and a habit of using AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and execution. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
