How You’ll Support Our Mission ESO is looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our growing marketing team. In this fully remote role, you will help plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, pipeline growth, and customer engagement across the ESO suite of Emergency Response and Healthcare software and data solutions. Reporting to the Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager, you will work with a marketing team distributed across the Czech Republic and the U.S. to reach and engage our core audiences: EMS agencies, fire departments, hospitals, and government entities. This is a remote position, with candidates required to be based in the Czech Republic. What You’ll Be Doing - The Day to Day Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team across channels like email, paid media, social, and events to drive lead generation and pipeline growth. Who You Are - The Essentials 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing campaign management, demand generation, or a related role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort with collaborating asynchronously across time zones. Proven track record of planning and executing multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with marketing and project management tools. Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday.com is a plus. A basic understanding of campaign analytics and reporting; ability to work with data to drive decisions. A collaborative mindset and openness to input and feedback from teammates to achieve the best outcome possible. Who You Are - The Desirables Knowledge of paid media platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools. Familiarity with the EMS, fire service, or hospital technology landscape.
