As a Project & Process Specialist at ICON, you will support various project activities and contribute to the successful execution of clinical trials and projects within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. What You Will Do: You will take responsibility for scientific operations deliverables, applying your skills to ensure quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: Supporting project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of clinical trials. Assisting in the development and maintenance of project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Managing study documentation and assisting in the preparation of regulatory submissions. Contributing to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Your Profile: You will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills. Required qualifications and experience: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field. Previous experience in clinical research or project management preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation. Effective communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
