Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead a high-performing team of Area Sales Managers (ASMs) in driving growth across Immunology (Neurology) and Nephrology. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for delivering strong business results through effective coaching, strategic account execution, and fostering a culture of accountability, performance, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Lead & Develop Talent: Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve and exceed performance goals. Build a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. Drive Business Performance: Execute regional business plans aligned to national strategy. Translate strategic priorities into clear actions that deliver sales growth and market share gains. Execute Strategic Account Management: Ensure strong execution across priority neurologists, nephrologists, and key accounts. Drive a coordinated, account-based approach to maximize portfolio performance. Build Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare providers, key opinion leaders, and health systems. Collaborate cross-functionally to address barriers and unlock opportunities. Leverage Data & Insights: Monitor business performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to optimize results. Recruit & Strengthen the Team: Attract, develop, and retain top talent. Support the professional growth of ASMs through coaching and development planning. Maintain Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree required · 7+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech experience · Prior field leadership experience preferred · Proven track record of delivering strong sales performance · Experience in specialty, biologics, neurology, nephrology, or immunology preferred Additional Information · Field-based role with 50–75% travel · Reports to: National Sales Director · Direct Reports: Area Sales Managers About CSL Behring CSL Behring is a global biotherapeutics leader driven by our promise to save lives.
