AI Social Media Specialist Location: Remote Time Zone: US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview We are hiring an AI Social Media Specialist to focus on content creation, experimentation, and optimization using AI-driven tools. This role is ideal for a hands-on social media professional who enjoys testing formats, refining prompts, and improving performance through continuous iteration.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality social content using AI tools, templates, and prompts Customize AI-generated content for different platforms and audiences Test content variations and formats to improve engagement and reach Analyze post-level performance and recommend optimizations Support campaign launches and thematic content series Maintain consistency in brand voice across AI-assisted outputs

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience creating social media content for brands or businesses Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation and editing Prior experience working remotely is mandatory, including fluency with remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana (or similar), and experience working with US or UK-based companies; applications without this experience will not be considered Solid understanding of platform-specific content best practices Ability to work independently and manage multiple content tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Experience experimenting with prompts, formats, or short-form video Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting Experience in fast-paced, content-heavy environments Tools & Technology AI Tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, or similar Social Platforms & Analytics: Native platform tools, Sprout, Hootsuite Collaboration: Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
