Key Responsibilities

Patient Interaction & Education

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of relevant clinical or health‑administrative experience, preferably in a fast‑paced retail or urgent‑care setting.
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening within 30 days of hire.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including proficiency in CPR and AED operation.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate fluently in English; proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish) is highly desirable.
  • Strong computer literacy, with experience using EHR platforms, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to pass a fit test and correctly wear a respirator mask when required by workplace safety protocols.
