Key Responsibilities

What You Will Do Every Day

  • Respond promptly to inbound chat requests, greeting customers with a warm, personalized tone.
  • Utilize a multi‑system environment to retrieve account details, verify identity, and execute transactions safely.
  • Provide clear, concise, and accurate information about fees, rewards, payment options, and dispute resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell relevant arenaflex products that align with the customer’s needs.
  • Document each interaction in the CRM system, ensuring a complete audit trail for future reference.
  • Participate in daily huddles and weekly training sessions to sharpen product knowledge and communication skills.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 1‑2 years of experience in a customer‑service role, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
