Remote Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW)
Role Overview Infinite Solutions Behavioral Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Mental Health Counselor to join our team. In this full-time role, you will provide high-quality telehealth services to clients, utilizing your expertise as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Key Responsibilities
- Conduct telehealth therapy sessions with clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to address mental health challenges.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable goals for mental wellness.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed, ensuring client safety and well-being.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and participate in team meetings to enhance service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Valid California license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.
- Experience in providing telehealth or remote counseling services is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Proficient in using technology and telehealth platforms for client engagement.
