Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers across chat, email, and optional phone channels, delivering prompt, courteous, and solution‑focused assistance.
  • Listen actively to client inquiries, complaints, and requests, using empathy to understand underlying concerns and to de‑escalate tense situations.
  • Accurately document each interaction in our CRM system, ensuring that all relevant details are captured for future reference and analysis.
