This fully remote position offers the perfect blend of flexibility and structure. You'll begin with a comprehensive one-week training program conducted during standard business hours (8 AM to 5 PM) to ensure you're fully prepared for success. After training, you'll transition to our 3rd shift schedule from 11 PM to 7 AM, working from the comfort of your own home. What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be at the forefront of our customer interactions. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Communication: Engage with clients both as an initiator and responder of calls to discuss financial products, services, and arrangements. You'll handle inbound inquiries and may make outbound calls to follow up on applications or provide status updates.
- Loan Processing: Evaluate loan applications using detailed analysis through advanced software tools to determine applicant eligibility. You'll assess financial information, verify documentation, and make informed decisions that balance customer needs with risk management.
- Payment Solutions: Process payments meticulously, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions. You'll handle various payment methods and resolve any payment-related issues that arise.
- Client Guidance: Keep clients informed throughout the loan application process, ensuring they understand all aspects and obligations. You'll explain terms, answer questions, and provide clarity on complex financial matters.
- Documentation: Diligently document all client interactions and transactions in our systems, ensuring all data is accurately captured for future reference and compliance purposes.
- Mathematical Proficiency: Utilize basic business math to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues, including calculating payment amounts, interest rates, and payment schedules.
