Fullstack Product Engineer

We're looking for a senior Full Stack Engineer to join a high-velocity engineering team at a major hospitality brand, supporting account, authentication, and loyalty applications built on a Node / React / Java microservices stack. The candidate will join and hit the ground running, navigate shifting priorities across multiple parallel workstreams, and actively leverage AI development tools as part of their daily workflow. Above all, my client hires problem-solvers. The work is roughly 50/50 frontend and backend, but strong engineers there regularly pick up tasks outside their original specialty. What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain full-stack features across account, authentication, and loyalty applications (Node, React, Java)
• Contribute to microservices consolidation, identify, refactor, or retire overlapping legacy services
• Pick up tasks across the stack as priorities shift, regardless of original specialty
• Use AI dev tools (ChatGPT / Codex, Cursor) actively to drive velocity and code quality
• Lead and mentor adjacent developers when assigned to own a specific feature project
• Triage and remediate security vulnerabilities as part of the standard engineering process
• Manage your own time and priorities independently in a fast-paced, multi-flight environment
• Participate in frontend and backend full-stack development using current frameworks
• Support API development, integration work, and framework/library upgrades
• Conduct code reviews and provide system support as needed

What You Bring

• Senior-level full-stack engineer with hands-on Node.js, React, and Java experience
• Strong problem-solvers encouraged to apply!!
• Self-sufficient and a fast learner, able to ramp and contribute without structured onboarding
• Active, current use of AI dev tools (ChatGPT / Codex or Cursor)
• Comfortable with high-paced environments, multiple parallel workstreams, and daily priority shifts
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor other developers on focused feature projects
• Experience with microservices architecture and development
• Security vulnerability resolution skills
