Position Overview: Remote Customer Service Associate
As a Remote Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for our pet pharmacy services, engaging directly with pet parents who reach out for assistance via inbound phone calls, chat platforms, email, and other communication channels. Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our customer service team, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for pet parents reaching out to arenaflex for assistance with pharmacy-related inquiries, product questions, prescription refills, wellness concerns, and account management.
- Issue Resolution: Research, analyze, and problem-solve customer concerns efficiently and accurately, determining appropriate solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards specific to the pet pharmacy industry.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Handle inbound calls as the primary communication method, with additional support provided through chat, email, and other digital platforms as needed.
- Follow-Up and Follow-Through: Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved and their expectations have been exceeded.
- Critical Thinking: Apply sound judgment and analytical skills to navigate complex situations, escalate issues when appropriate, and provide tailored solutions that address each customer’s unique needs.
- Compliance Adherence: Maintain strict adherence to all state and federal regulations governing pet pharmacy operations, including Kentucky-specific requirements for pharmacy technicians.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

- Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of professional experience working in a customer-focused environment, such as retail, call center, hospitality, healthcare, or related fields.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism in every interaction.

- Kentucky Residency: Must remain a resident of the state of Kentucky and perform all work from within Kentucky borders. Additionally, you must reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky.
- Pharmacy Technician License: Must be able to pass a background check required for obtaining a Kentucky Rx (Pharmacy Technician) license.
