Schedule and Compensation Details

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every customer interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and accuracy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Product Complaints: Manage and resolve customer complaints received through queues, phone calls, emails, chats, and other communication channels in a timely, courteous, and professional manner.
