Position Overview

arenaflex is hiring a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative – Overnight Support Specialist to join our expanding customer experience team. This full-time, work-from-home opportunity is ideal for Texas-based professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at delivering exceptional service during overnight shifts. The position follows a compressed four-day workweek schedule (Friday through Monday), with 10-hour shifts that allow for an excellent work-life balance and three consecutive days off each week.

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and other digital channels. Your primary mission will be to ensure that every customer interaction ends with complete satisfaction — leaving each person feeling valued, heard, and confident that they have chosen the right partner for their needs.

Please note: While this position is fully remote, candidates living within approximately two hours of Conroe, Texas will receive preference, as occasional in-person team meetings and quarterly gatherings are an important part of our collaborative culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to inbound customer calls, outbound follow-ups, emails, and other forms of digital communication, addressing inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Accurately input customer orders, service appointments, and account updates into multiple software platforms, ensuring data integrity and proper documentation for the outside sales team.
  • Solve problems independently while also collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to find the best solutions for customer needs.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns with care and urgency, providing thorough summaries to management and working to resolve issues on the first call whenever possible.
  • Strive to leave every customer feeling 100% satisfied on each interaction, treating each call as the most important one of the day.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and professional verbal and written communication across all customer touchpoints.
  • Perform general administrative office duties, including filing, faxing, and creating documents in Microsoft Word and Excel as needed.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability by willingly assisting with additional tasks and projects on an ad-hoc basis as business needs evolve.
  • Build and maintain strong working knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and internal systems to confidently guide customers through their inquiries.
  • Meet and exceed established performance metrics for call handling, customer satisfaction, and accuracy of data entry.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Requirements

  • Reliability and Attendance: A strong, demonstrated track record of dependability and excellent attendance. Our customers count on us, and we count on you.
  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of customer service experience, general office administrative experience, or a combination of both.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-moving environment.
  • Multitasking Ability: The skill to manage multiple conversations, systems, and tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort working on a PC in a Windows environment, with the ability to quickly learn new programs, applications, and product knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with a professional and friendly tone.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: A natural ability to figure out what customers need and guide them toward the best solutions.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Preferred Attributes

  • Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home customer service role.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms, order management systems, or call center software.

  • Residence within a two-hour commute of Conroe, Texas.

Compensation

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
