  • Product Analytics – Measuring product performance and customer impact.
  • Security and Controls – Protecting sensitive data and upholding compliance standards.
  • Data Support – Providing expert guidance and operational excellence to data consumers.

What You’ll Do at arenaflex

As a Data Analyst II, your primary responsibility will be to research, gather, and analyze customer data, transforming raw findings into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions. You will be the creative mind behind customer-centric dashboards that capture key performance indicators, empowering our product teams in their decision-making journey. Your analytical work will not only shape our products but also influence the trajectory of our customers’ experience.

You will serve as a key contributor to the Data Adventures and Data Development teams, collaborating closely with partners across arenaflex’s Digital Citizenship, Global Technology, and product organizations to support the ethical and responsible use of data and technology. Your contributions will be felt in three major areas:

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business and product stakeholders to solve complex business problems, identify trends, and surface new opportunities.
  • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data mining, and data presentation to look beyond the numbers and deliver actionable insights.
  • Define and evaluate key performance metrics for new product launches, tracking their impact over time.
  • Develop intuitive data visualizations and dashboards to monitor and measure the impact of product initiatives and novel business challenges.
  • Identify new levers to improve critical financial data insights and understand the root causes of changes in key metrics.
