Information Technology Support Technician

HR Path Group is a global leader in HR consulting, assisting clients with HR transformation projects. The IT Support Technician will provide assistance and support to internal staff, ensuring the operational readiness of systems and maintaining user environments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the operational status of user environments
  • Managing onboarding processes (preparing PCs, handling deliveries and stock management)
  • Ensuring proper functioning of operating systems
  • Diagnosing IT, hardware, and software malfunctions
  • Providing technical assistance and training to users
  • Drafting technical documentation
  • Contributing to the standardisation of IT systems in the context of company acquisitions

Skills

  • You have at least one prior experience in a similar IT support role —including internships or apprenticeships and are motivated to have a permanent role within a global organization
  • You possess a strong interest in systems and applications
  • You are comfortable and familiar with Apple and Mac environments
  • You have proficiency in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, and Entra
  • This position is primarily based on-site to ensure effective support to your internal clients
  • Excellent English language skills
  • French is a plus
