CVS Group UK is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly Customer Care team at Animed, which supplies animal medicines and pet accessories. The role involves answering inbound calls and emails, resolving customer queries, and delivering outstanding service in a busy contact center environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls or emails in a busy contact centre environment - this is the core part of the role
  • Resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Delivering outstanding service at every customer touchpoint
  • Accurately updating multiple IT systems
  • Capturing customer feedback to support continuous service improvement

Skills

  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Strong IT skills with excellent attention to detail
  • A proactive, customer-first mindset able to handle back to back nature of the role
  • Reliability and flexibility regarding working patterns
