Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking a Customer Advocate for a full-time remote position. In this role, you will assist members with healthcare questions, medications, appointments, and benefits, handling 50-70 interactions per day with a focus on empathy and precision.

Skills
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems at once
- Excellent attention to detail
