Public Relations Manager

AdFed Minnesota is an independent agency focused on delivering effective public relations strategies. They are seeking a Public Relations Manager who will manage client projects, collaborate with team members, and contribute to agency culture while developing their skills in PR.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily assigned workload, completing projects on deadline and on budget; pulls program metrics for client reports, as assigned
• Support successful execution of all assigned work such as media list building and pitching media; contributes to brainstorming and is eager to collaborate cross-functionally
• Research information and resources to include in client work and new business responses as assigned
• Use AI tools (with guidance) for drafting, research, and refinement; applies AI to improve clarity and structure of written materials
• Write first drafts of PR materials; works with PR lead to refine them and produces quality work with minimal errors
• Contribute to agency culture by serving on employee committees and maintaining a genuine commitment to team success
• Perform other duties, such as reporting, as assigned

Skills

• 1+ years of agency or related experience in communications or public relations
• Familiarity and experience working on B2B and/or B2C clients
• Manage daily assigned workload, completing projects on deadline and on budget; pulls program metrics for client reports, as assigned
• Support successful execution of all assigned work such as media list building and pitching media; contributes to brainstorming and is eager to collaborate cross-functionally
• Research information and resources to include in client work and new business responses as assigned
