About the Role

As a Customer Support Response Specialist with arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for users of our Driver Assistance Program. You’ll listen attentively, assess each caller’s unique situation, and deliver accurate, compassionate solutions—ranging from simple navigation help to critical emergency response. This is a fully remote, contract‑based position that offers you the freedom to set your own schedule while earning competitive pay.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and digital inquiries from drivers seeking assistance with safety services such as Emergency Assistance, Automatic Collision Notification, Hands‑free Destination Assist, and Stolen Vehicle Locator.
  • Evaluate each caller’s situation quickly and accurately, determining the appropriate level of support and escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain a calm, empathetic demeanor during high‑stress or emergency calls, providing reassurance and clear instructions.
  • Document interactions in the client’s CRM system, ensuring all relevant details are captured for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve complex issues that may involve multiple departments.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of program features, industry best practices, and emerging safety technologies.
  • Adhere to all compliance, privacy, and security protocols while handling sensitive driver information.
  • Participate in regular training sessions, performance reviews, and quality assurance checks to maintain high service standards.

Qualifications – Essential

  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • For bilingual tracks: native‑level fluency in Spanish or French in addition to English.
  • Demonstrated ability to listen actively, ask probing questions, and provide clear, concise solutions.
  • Strong empathy and a caring attitude toward callers, especially in stressful or emergency scenarios.
  • Proven multitasking abilities—capable of navigating software tools while speaking with customers.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet (minimum 10 Mbps) and a quiet, uninterrupted workspace.
  • Basic technical proficiency with Windows 10/11, antivirus software, and USB headset equipment.
  • Ability to pass a background check and meet all contractual requirements set by arenaflex.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in driver assistance programs, roadside assistance, or automotive safety services.
  • Experience working as an independent contractor or in a remote call‑center environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay Structure

  • Standard rate: $0.28 per interaction minute with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes per available hour.
  • Estimated earnings: $12.60 – $16.80 per hour based on average call length and volume.
  • Bilingual premium: $0.31 per interaction minute with a 48‑minute minimum guarantee.
  • Estimated bilingual earnings: $14.88 – $18.60 per hour.

Work Schedule & Environment

Our client’s support center operates 24 × 7, giving you the freedom to select the hours that best suit your personal commitments. Whether you prefer a part‑time commitment of 15 hours per week or a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours, arenaflex accommodates a wide range of availability. All shifts are remote, and you will be provided with clear guidelines on required equipment and workspace standards.

Technical Requirements

  • Quiet, distraction‑free home office or dedicated workspace.
  • Broadband internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download, wired preferred).
  • Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
  • Up‑to‑date antivirus software.
  • Wired USB headset with microphone (gaming headsets are not accepted).
