This position is located in Fairfield, OH. Relocation packages available for eligible candidates to relocate to Fairfield, OH. Remote candidates will be considered. Salary Range: The pay range for this position is $120,000- $180,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to: positively coach and mentor Surety Fidelity Litigation Specialists provide technical support for issues faced by HQ and Field staff in the daily handling of surety fidelity claims promote proactive file handling in all areas of surety fidelity claim loss adjustment support upper management’s efforts to innovate and improve our daily claims handling processes build strong professional relationships with agents, insureds, legal counsel, vendors, and other CIC business units participate in mediations, seminars, field unit meetings and complete other tasks as needed. develop and lead training courses for both field and HQ-based associates pertaining to surety fidelity claims Be equipped with:

  • preferred five years of experience handling complex, high-exposure surety fidelity claims
  • preferred five years of experience handling surety fidelity litigation claims
  • the ability to engage and develop associates, set clear expectations, and promote accountability
  • a clear track record of detailed, proactive file investigation and file management.
  • experience supervising bad faith litigation
  • a working knowledge of state surety fidelity claims handling rules and regulations.
  • expert knowledge of surety fidelity coverage forms
  • an exhibited ability to evaluate and apply accurate coverage interpretations
  • a proven track record of positive associate, unit, and departmental support
