The Work As an Assortment & Listing Consultant, you will play a critical role in optimizing product assortments and managing the complete listing lifecycle within retail systems. You will collaborate with merchandising, supply chain, and IT teams to define product mixes, improve listing workflows, and ensure that all product information is accurate and aligned with business objectives. You will use SAP Merchandising and SAP S/4HANA to support and enhance assortment strategies, streamline processes, and automate routine tasks. Your ability to analyze product and market data, identify opportunities for efficiency, and execute improvements across assortment and listing processes will directly contribute to improved merchandising outcomes. Experience in retail operations, product lifecycle management, ERP environments, and process optimization will help you excel in this dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize product assortment and listings using SAP Merchandising and SAP S/4HANA Analyze market trends and sales data to recommend assortment strategies that drive business growth Ensure accurate and timely listing of products within SAP systems, maintaining data integrity and consistency Support the implementation and configuration of SAP Merchandising and SAP S/4HANA modules for assortment management Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements related to product listing and assortment Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for assortment and listing issues within SAP platforms Generate and present regular reports on assortment performance and listing accuracy to stakeholders Here’s What You Need 1+ year of experience with SAP Merchandising, SAP S/4HANA, or comparable retail/ERP systems Experience with product lifecycle management, retail operations, or merchandising processes Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales, product, and market data

Experience improving product listing workflows or assortment strategies Familiarity with process automation tools or retail data analytics platforms Experience supporting cross‑functional initiatives with merchandising, supply chain, or IT teams Strong understanding of ERP master data processes Eligibility Requirements US Citizen (no dual citizenship) Must be eligible to obtain a government Public Trust Clearance As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
