Enrollment Coordinator (Remote) Location: Fully Remote (Select U.S. States) Employment Type: Full-Time Help Families Navigate Important Benefit Decisions The Weatherspoon Agency is expanding its remote team and seeking individuals who enjoy helping others, building relationships, and providing exceptional service. In this role, you'll meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information regarding available benefits. Your responsibility is to guide them through available options, answer questions, and assist with the enrollment process in a professional and supportive manner. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want a structured career path, ongoing mentorship, and the ability to work remotely while developing valuable professional skills.
What You'll Do
Conduct virtual meetings with individuals and families Explain available benefit options in clear, simple language Assist clients through enrollment and application processes Maintain accurate records and follow-up communication Deliver a positive and professional client experience Participate in ongoing training and development programs Who Tends to Succeed We often see success from candidates with backgrounds in: Customer service Healthcare support Education Human resources Retail management Hospitality Administrative support No prior insurance experience is required. Qualifications
