Job Description: Job Title: Recruitment Operations Manager Business Title: Manager, Recruitment Operations Department: Recruitment Role Type: People Manager / Player–Coach Location: Remote Position Summary The Recruitment Operations Manager is a hands-on, working manager responsible for leading and developing a team of three Recruitment Operations Partners while directly contributing to high-impact recruiting operations and sourcing activities. This role combines people leadership, operational execution, and process optimization, ensuring recruiting teams are enabled to deliver exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences at scale. This leader owns day-to-day recruiting operations for assigned business areas, serves as an escalation point for complex hiring activity, and drives continuous improvement across recruiting workflows, systems, and data.

Key Responsibilities

People Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Recruitment Operations Partners
  • Set clear expectations, workloads, and priorities
  • Conduct one-on-ones, performance reviews, and development planning
  • Serve as a mentor and subject-matter expert
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs

Recruiting Operations & Sourcing Partnership

  • Personally own recruiting operations for assigned business areas
  • Oversee interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Support candidate sourcing and pipeline development
  • Act as escalation point for complex recruiting activity

Systems, Data & Analytics

  • Ensure ATS and CRM data integrity
  • Oversee requisition lifecycle activities
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and reporting
  • Hold team accountable for accurate data tracking

Process Optimization & Program Leadership

  • Improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience
  • Develop SOPs and playbooks
  • Partner on recruiting technology enhancements
  • Support shared-services operations

Professional Standards

  • Deliver service aligned to SLAs
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5–7 years recruiting operations experience
  • 1–3 years people leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting clinical or technical roles
  • ATS and CRM proficiency
  • Shared-services or COE experience
