As a Practice Management Consultant, you will serve as a thought leader and strategic coach to our wealth advisors, helping them grow, scale, and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your focus will be on empowering advisors to "storytell"—communicating complex financial concepts through compelling, client-focused narratives—and building their communication excellence. Responsibilities: Design and lead advisor coaching and training programs centered on storytelling, consultative conversations, and relationship-building. Facilitate engaging training using role play, simulations, and case studies to build advisor communication and presentation skills. Coach advisors individually and in groups to enhance client meeting impact, discovery conversations, and business development effectiveness. Develop scalable coaching tools utilizing AI technology for performance assessment and personalized feedback. Create training resources, playbooks, and conversation frameworks that promote consistent, effective storytelling across the firm. Deliver in-person and virtual training workshops for advisors at all experience levels. Help advisors clearly and persuasively communicate complex financial topics in client-friendly ways. Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to identify advisor development needs and implement targeted training solutions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required Minimum 7 years’ financial services or wealth management experience CFP® preferred Proficiency in Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, and Nitrogen preferred #LI-ML!
