We believe in bringing humanity back to veterinary medicine, and we’re looking for a passionate, compassionate, and skilled Credentialed Veterinary Technician (referred to internally as Veterinary Nurse) to join our growing Virtual Care team. Available Schedules

• Part-Time Teletriage Mon, Tues, Wed, Sat, Sun | 4p–10p PST
• Full-Time Teletriage (Evening/Overnight) Wed–Sat | 4p–10p PST What You’ll Be Doing
• Engage with members via chat, phone, and video, providing support and education on their pets’ health and well-being
• Triage cases based on veterinary knowledge, offering recommendations and ensuring accurate information
• Review medical records to understand patient history and provide informed guidance
• Document clearly and accurately in patient records using veterinary terminology
• Verify and process prescriptions, ensuring appropriate follow-up for client requests
• Deliver top-tier client care with empathy and warmth, whether over chat, phone, or video
• Follow protocols, maintaining consistency while adjusting to each unique case
• Collaborate cross-functionally, providing feedback to improve processes and systems

• A passion for veterinary care You love providing excellent client experiences and clear, empathetic communication.
• Credentialed Veterinary Technician You’ve successfully completed the VTNE and have at least two years of experience in small animal veterinary medicine (emergency and specialty experience is a plus but not required).
• Tech-savvy You’re comfortable navigating multiple computer programs and online platforms.
• Exceptional communicator You can clearly articulate medical information, both verbally and in writing, with compassion and clarity.
