Founded in 2004 and headquartered in the vibrant ski town of Park City, UT, our mission is simple: eliminate the hassle of equipment rentals so that every guest can focus on the thrill of the slopes. Our brand is built on five core values—Service, Simplicity, Purpose, Curiosity, and Giving—that guide every interaction, from the CEO’s strategic decisions to the daily actions of a first‑year ski technician.

At arenaflex, you become part of a passionate community that lives and breathes the mountains. Whether you’re an avid skier, a snowboard enthusiast, or simply love delivering unforgettable experiences, you’ll find a supportive environment that encourages growth, celebrates teamwork, and rewards dedication. Our culture is rooted in fun, accountability, and a shared love for the outdoors, making every shift feel less like work and more like an adventure.

Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our arenaflex Vail & Beaver Creek team as Seasonal Part‑Time Customer Service Representatives. In this role, you will be the face of arenaflex, delivering ski and snowboard rentals directly to guests’ accommodations, providing on‑site support throughout their stay, and ensuring a seamless equipment return at the end of their mountain adventure. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude, a love for the mountains, and a commitment to legendary service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guest Interaction & Delivery: Arrive at guest accommodations on time (at least five minutes early), greet guests with enthusiasm, and deliver rental equipment and accessories in pristine condition.
  • Equipment Selection: Assess each guest’s skill level, preferences, and physical requirements to recommend the optimal ski or snowboard setup.
  • On‑Site Support: Provide ongoing assistance, answer questions, and troubleshoot any equipment issues throughout the guest’s stay.
  • Equipment Retrieval: Collect all rented gear after the guest’s final day on the mountain, ensuring a smooth and courteous checkout experience.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Keep delivery vans fueled, clean, and organized; perform routine interior cleaning and exterior washing.
  • Shop Operations: Pack future orders, perform basic ski tuning and waxing, maintain equipment inventory, and restock vans as needed.
  • Communication: Keep clear, proactive communication with guests via phone or messaging, setting expectations for delivery times and service scope.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow technicians, shop staff, and management to ensure operational efficiency and a cohesive guest experience.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Pay: $18 per hour, plus tips. Average earnings for the 2022‑2023 season ranged between $25‑$33 per hour, including credit‑card tips.
  • Ski Pass: Immediate access to an arenaflex ski pass, granting unlimited skiing at top resorts such as Steamboat, Winter Park, Mammoth, Palisades, Solitude, and many more.
  • Retirement Savings: 401(k) plan with company match for all staff members aged 21 and older.
  • Flexible Scheduling: Choose from AM (6:30 am‑2:30 pm) or PM (2:00 pm‑10:00 pm) shifts, allowing you to hit the slopes on your days off.
  • Career Development: On‑the‑job training, mentorship from seasoned ski technicians, and opportunities to advance into full‑time or leadership roles.
  • Community Impact: Participation in arenaflex’s net‑zero climate initiatives and local community giving programs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help guests have an exceptional mountain experience.
  • Ability to lift and carry ski equipment (up to 50 lb) and perform physical tasks in varying weather conditions.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Excellent punctuality and a commitment to arriving early for each delivery.
  • Basic proficiency with smartphones and communication tools for order tracking and guest contact.

  • Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with ski and snowboard equipment, including basic tuning and waxing techniques.
