Position Overview – Content Operations Associate (Remote, Entry Level)

We are seeking motivated, detail‑oriented individuals to join our Remote Content Operations team. As a Content Operations Associate, you will be the guardian of arenaflex’s content catalog, ensuring that every title—whether a blockbuster film, a binge‑worthy series, or an indie documentary—is accurately represented, flawlessly organized, and ready for seamless streaming. Key Responsibilities

  • Content Curation & Organization: Review, categorize, and tag new titles to enhance discoverability and user satisfaction across the arenaflex platform.
  • Data Entry & Management: Input and maintain precise metadata—including titles, synopses, cast, crew, genre, release dates, and regional availability—using arenaflex’s proprietary content management tools.
  • Quality Assurance & Consistency: Conduct rigorous audits of metadata, thumbnails, subtitles, and audio tracks to guarantee compliance with arenaflex’s quality standards and brand guidelines.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, licensing, and marketing teams to resolve content discrepancies, address regional restrictions, and support new feature rollouts.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify, document, and troubleshoot metadata anomalies, playback errors, or catalog gaps, escalating complex cases to senior specialists when necessary.
