About arenaflex – Pioneering Seamless Travel and Identity Solutions

arenaflex is a fast‑growing leader in the retail and government‑service space, dedicated to simplifying the travel experience and streamlining identity verification for millions of customers each year. Our stores serve as community hubs where technology meets personal service, offering everything from fast‑track travel enrollment to essential biometric solutions. As part of our brand transformation, arenaflex is expanding its footprint and looking for enthusiastic, customer‑focused professionals to join a dynamic team that values innovation, inclusivity, and personal growth.

Why This Role Matters

As an Enrollment Agent – also known as a Customer Service Representative – you will be the front‑line ambassador for arenaflex’s suite of identity and travel services. You will help customers navigate a smoother journey through our arenaflex PreCheck® program, conduct background checks for federal and state initiatives, and ensure that every interaction reflects the high standards of service that define arenaflex. This position offers a unique blend of retail interaction, technology‑driven processes, and meaningful public‑service impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Greeting & Experience: Welcome every visitor with a professional, friendly demeanor, creating an inviting atmosphere that encourages trust and repeat business.
  • Enrollment & Verification: Guide customers through the enrollment process for arenaflex PreCheck®, verify identity documents, capture passport photos, and collect biometric data (fingerprints, facial scans) with precision.
  • Product Presentation & Sales: Present arenaflex’s identity‑related products and services, tailoring recommendations to each customer’s needs to drive sales and satisfaction.
  • Equipment Management: Operate and maintain fingerprint scanners, biometric capture stations, and retail point‑of‑sale equipment; troubleshoot minor technical issues and coordinate repairs when needed.
  • Cross‑Training & Flexibility: During the 8‑10 week onboarding period, receive comprehensive training across multiple store functions and support teammates in various roles as business demands shift.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately input customer data into arenaflex’s secure database, generate required paperwork, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with store managers, fellow agents, and regional support staff to achieve daily targets and uphold arenaflex’s service standards.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. citizen, meeting all eligibility requirements for handling sensitive identity information.
  • Demonstrated ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort operating keyboards, photocopiers, and other office equipment.
  • Prior customer service experience in a retail, hospitality, or public‑service environment is preferred.
  • Physical ability to lift or move items ranging from 10 to 50 pounds, reflecting the occasional need to handle equipment or inventory.

Preferred Experience & Skills

  • Experience with biometric or identity‑verification technology, such as fingerprint scanners or facial recognition systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex processes in simple terms.
  • Detail‑oriented mindset, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving abilities, especially when troubleshooting equipment or addressing customer concerns.
  • Team‑player attitude with a proactive approach to cross‑training and supporting colleagues.

Compensation, Perks & Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that reflects your experience and qualifications. In addition to a base hourly wage, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits suite that includes:

  • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) – flexible accrual to support work‑life balance.
  • Consistent Scheduling – predictable shifts with the option for full‑time or part‑time hours based on store needs.
  • Weekly Pay – reliable, on‑time compensation.
  • Free arenaflex PreCheck® Membership for agents who handle arenaflex travel services, providing personal convenience and firsthand product insight.
  • Store Associate Discount – savings on mobile plans, retail merchandise, and partner offers.
  • 401(k) Plan with company match to help you build long‑term financial security.
