Key Responsibilities

  • Pre‑Shift Preparation: Log into your workstation at least ten (10) minutes before the scheduled start time, verify system connectivity, and confirm that all required tools (computer, smartphone, camera) are functional.
  • Accurate Data Capture: Enter data from a variety of source materials—including PDFs, scanned images, handwritten notes, and digital forms—into arenaflex’s secure databases with a target accuracy rate of 99.5% or higher.
  • Project‑Specific Tasks: Follow detailed, project‑specific instructions (delivered orally or in writing) to complete tasks such as product cataloging, clinical trial documentation, and customer sentiment analysis.
  • Pre‑Processing & Organization: Perform preliminary sorting, categorization, and quality checks on incoming information before final entry, ensuring consistency and completeness.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct self‑reviews and peer‑reviews of entered data, flagging discrepancies and collaborating with supervisors to resolve issues promptly.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of work completed, time spent, and any challenges encountered, submitting daily or weekly reports as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on workflow efficiencies, suggest enhancements to data entry templates, and participate in periodic training sessions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Reliable computer (desktop, laptop, or tablet) or smartphone equipped with a functional camera.
  • High‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download, 5 Mbps upload) to support seamless file transfers and real‑time collaboration.
