Position Overview – Remote Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager

In this hybrid role, you will act as the bridge between emerging sellers and arenaflex’s expansive online marketplace. You will be responsible for identifying high‑potential third‑party (3P) sellers, onboarding them onto our platform, and ensuring they have the tools, insights, and support needed to thrive. While the role is entry‑level, it offers a fast‑track to senior responsibilities for those who demonstrate curiosity, analytical rigor, and a passion for helping businesses grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Intelligence: Conduct ongoing research to understand market trends, seasonal demand cycles, and competitor activity across product categories.
  • Seller Acquisition: Prospect, engage, and recruit high‑value sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and occasional in‑person presentations.
  • Onboarding & Enablement: Guide new sellers through the registration process, provide best‑practice training, and share data‑driven insights that improve listing quality, fulfillment performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Accurately enter, validate, and maintain product and pricing data in arenaflex’s internal systems, ensuring compliance with marketplace policies.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Product, Operations, Legal, and Customer Service—to resolve seller issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rate, and inventory turnover; generate regular reports for senior leadership.
  • Strategic GTM Execution: Assist in the development and rollout of go‑to‑market strategies that attract top‑tier brands and expand the product assortment for arenaflex customers.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify process bottlenecks, propose automation opportunities, and contribute to the evolution of our seller‑centric workflows.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales or business‑development experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) environments.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Strong interest in introducing new products to emerging markets and helping sellers scale.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and negotiate effectively.
