Business Development manager

Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities: Research and target potential clients and partners to expand the company's market presence. Build and maintain relationships: Develop strong connections with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Develop and execute strategic plans: Work with marketing and sales teams to create initiatives that drive revenue growth. Conduct market research: Analyze industry trends and customer needs to inform business strategies. Negotiate contracts: Secure agreements with clients and partners. Track and report on activities: Monitor the outcomes of business development efforts and report progress. Attend industry events: Participate in trade shows, expos, and networking events to promote the company. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in business development in OTA, sales, or a related role. Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry. Skills: Strong networking, relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
