Compensation

At S&C, we are dedicated to providing competitive and equitable compensation for all our team members, and we are committed to transparency in our pay practices. The estimated annual base salary range for this position in the United States is $87740 - $116260.8 Individual pay within this salary range is determined by several compensable factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills and experience, and relevant education or training. This role is also eligible for S&C’s annual incentive plan (AIP), subject to eligibility criteria. Join Our Team as a Senior HRIS Analyst! The HR Technology team is responsible for driving digital transformation within the HR organization, leading the development, configuration, implementation, and maintenance of HR technology solutions that meet the changing demands of S&C's data management and optimization needs. The Senior HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing HR technology projects, data, and processes to enhance the efficiency of HR operations and systems. Partnering with HR stakeholders and their customers, the Senior HRIS Analyst manages projects from intake through to delivery, identifying technology priorities, conducting long-term planning and delivering projects per project schedules, budgets and end-user needs. The Senior HRIS Analyst also serves as a technical point of contact and is a subject matter expert (SME) in ensuring data integrity, testing system changes/upgrades, and analyzing data flows to identify and recommend process improvement opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Consult with HR colleagues and other departments to determine HRIS needs and provide insights to leadership into how HRIS technologies can support the organization's long-term goals Recommend forward-thinking strategies and innovative solutions for system enhancements, integrations, process improvement, customer service and user experience Manage HR technology projects and process improvements such as system upgrades, implementations of new modules, and the integration of additional functionalities Collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR teams, IT professionals, vendors, and end-users, to gather requirements, define project scopes, and manage expectations Build project plans and schedules based on facts, constraints and probably consequences, executing projects on time, within budget and to defined specifications Identify potential risks associated with HRIS projects and develop and implement strategies to mitigate disruptions including anticipating challenges related to data migration, system integrations, or user adoption Maintain detailed documentation of project plans, milestones, and outcomes to facilitate knowledge transfer, audits, and continuous improvement Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the success of projects including gathering feedback, analyzing performance against objectives, and identifying areas for improvement in future projects Monitor HRIS integrations to ensure they are functioning properly and work with team members cross-functionally to improve them Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of HR information system upgrades or patches Maintain HR information system tables and documents process and results Provide technical support to HR staff and end-users, troubleshooting problems to ensure the smooth operation of HRIS systems Provide production support including researching and resolving HR information system problems, unexpected results, or process flaws and recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements Generate reports/queries, including writing, maintaining, and supporting a variety of standard and custom reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools Maintain data integrity and oversee the accuracy, security and efficiency of recording and storing HR data using auditing and quality control processes Conduct training with system and end users on new processes and functionality, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation Maintain awareness of current trends in HR technology with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies Understand and comply with all applicable Company policies and rules Additional Functions Maintain regular and punctual attendance Attend in-person or virtual meetings as requested or required Communicate effectively and respectfully with others Other responsibilities as assigned What you’ll Need to Succeed: Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field or equivalent work experience 5+ years experience working in a senior capacity in an HRIS or another related role Knowledge of Human Resources including employee movement data capture (onboarding, job changes, exiting) and HR record creation, maintenance, and retention Proficiency in HRM software, such as Oracle HCM (preferred) Proficiency in Oracle HCM OTBI Publisher report writing and fast formula writing Proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries Sound project management skills including the ability to create project plans, define scope, establish timelines/milestones, and manage project finances and budgets Understanding and proficient use of qualitative/quantitative measurement and data collection design principles Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including the ability to use VLOOKUP, pivot tables, power query etc., in Excel Good organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and support multiple client groups simultaneously and meet deadlines Good interpersonal skills with the ability to interview, facilitate, and collaborate with diverse subject matter experts and stakeholders, including leadership Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts/information in a clear and concise manner Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use and analyze data to drive informed decisions, troubleshoot difficult issues and leverage data and learnings to drive continuous improvement Knowledge of some or all the different modules within the HRMS “Oracle HCM (preferred)”, including CORE, Benefits, OIC Integrations, HCM Communicate, FAIDP, Oracle Guided Learning “OGL”, and Talent modules is strongly preferred.
