We’re hiring a YouTube Content Associate to help manage, optimize, and grow a portfolio of Kids and Family YouTube channels that entertain millions of viewers worldwide. This is a fully remote, Philippines-based opportunity where you’ll collaborate with a global team and play a key role in delivering high-quality digital content at scale. Role Summary As a YouTube Content Associate, you will support the day-to-day management of multiple YouTube channels by editing, optimizing, scheduling, and publishing content. You’ll ensure every video is properly packaged for success through compelling thumbnails, metadata optimization, and efficient publishing workflows. This role combines content operations, video editing, channel management, and performance optimization, making it ideal for someone who understands both the creative and operational side of YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Publishing

• Edit and repurpose video content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Upload, schedule, and publish content through YouTube Studio and internal publishing systems.
• Create and optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, playlists, cards, and end-screen elements.
• Coordinate livestream setup, scheduling, and monitoring across multiple channels.
• Ensure all published content meets brand standards and family-safe content guidelines.

Thumbnail Design & Channel Branding

• Design engaging and high-performing thumbnails using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across channels.
• Support thumbnail testing initiatives and optimization strategies to improve performance.

Metadata & Channel Management

• Maintain accurate metadata, tagging structures, playlists, and content organization.
• Follow established publishing workflows, naming conventions, and export settings.
• Manage publishing calendars and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Monitor content quality and channel consistency across all assets.

Content Operations & Collaboration

• Coordinate multiple projects and publishing schedules simultaneously.
• Support process improvements and operational efficiencies within content workflows.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to execute channel growth and content strategies.
• Maintain strong attention to detail across all stages of content production and publishing.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing YouTube content and channel operations.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and YouTube Studio.
• Strong understanding of YouTube best practices, including:

-Video optimization -Metadata management -Playlist organization -Thumbnail strategy -Publishing workflows

• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Portfolio or examples of YouTube channels and content you have managed.

Nice-to-Have

Skills

• Experience working with Kids, Family, Educational, or Animation content.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation and productivity tools.
• Experience using Airtable, Notion, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of YouTube analytics and performance metrics, including:

-Click-Through Rate (CTR) -Audience Retention -Watch Time -Thumbnail Testing -Content Optimization Reporting Line & Working Pattern

• Reports to: Content Operations Manager / Channel Director
• Fully remote, Philippines-based position.
