About the Role: At Voucherify, the Enterprise Sales Engineer plays a critical role at the intersection of sales engineering, solution architecture, and product expertise. Your core focus will centre on pre-sales activities, though your technical expertise will occasionally support the post-sale onboarding journey for our largest accounts. You'll be a trusted technical advisor to prospects and some of the world’s leading e-commerce and digital brands, helping them design and see the value of scalable promotion and loyalty solutions powered by our platform. This high-impact, client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives in a technical, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. You will fully own the technical track of the sales process, working closely with our US-based Sales team to guide prospects through discovery, scope and build tailored Proof of Concepts (POCs), and present engaging live demo sessions of our API-first platform. Ultimately, you will be the key driver in acquiring and supporting our biggest enterprise customers. This role is ideal for an engineer who loves the composable commerce space and wants to remain focused on pioneering incentive tech as a standalone, best-of-breed solution. As an Enterprise Sales Engineer at Voucherify, you will: Partner closely with the NA Sales team to support the acquisition of enterprise customers during the sales cycle. Design, build, and present highly engaging, customised product demos of our API-first platform to prospects. Architect complex promotional rules and validation workflows, guiding enterprise clients on how to map intricate loyalty logic to our flexible API Run technical discovery and lead hands-on proofs of concept (POCs) Own the functional and technical quality of RFI/RFP responses for enterprise prospects. Partner with technical and business stakeholders to design solution architectures and advise on integrating Voucherify into broader composable tech ecosystems. Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure smooth delivery and long-term customer satisfaction. Provide technical insight to sales efforts, including estimating implementation scope and assessing total cost of ownership. Act as a liaison between customers and product/engineering to influence the roadmap and drive innovation. We hope you bring: 3+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or consulting role — such as Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar — with a proven track record of working in eCommerce, retail tech, ERP, Web CMS, PIM, or adjacent ecosystems. Demonstrated experience in building and presenting engaging live demo sessions of API-first platforms to technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences — from developers to product and marketing teams and business stakeholders. Strong technical understanding of software architecture, APIs, data flows, and IT system integrations — whether gained through formal education or hands-on experience. A deep interest in the digital commerce space and emerging technologies in composable commerce and MACH (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, Headless) architectures. Experience of working directly with Independent Software Vendors and Solution Integrators in this domain is desirable. Analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems, interpret data, and understand how systems interconnect in enterprise environments. A customer-first mentality with the ability to prioritise, make informed decisions, and own recommendations through to implementation. Experience with loyalty or promotion systems is desirable. English is your first language, but fluent communication in Spanish would be a plus.
