Role Overview: Senior Product Analyst - Pricing Strategy

The arenaflex U.S. Item Management and Lending division is passionate about responsible lending! We are dedicated to developing products and features that meet the evolving borrowing needs of our customers. The Pricing Capabilities and Products team plays a crucial role in enabling innovation and delivery of U.S. Consumer products and features. As a Senior Product Analyst within this team, you will be instrumental in building new capabilities, ensuring operational excellence, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape innovative lending and pricing strategies that align with arenaflex's business objectives and customer needs
• Evaluate the feasibility and potential impact of pricing strategies through rigorous analysis and partnership with stakeholders across Product, Lending, Compliance, Risk, Finance, Legal, Accounting, and Operational Risk
• Develop detailed requirements and documentation to execute pricing strategies, ensuring clarity and alignment among all stakeholders
• Lead the implementation and delivery of pricing strategies, managing projects from conception through to deployment and post-launch evaluation
• Contribute to the development of testing environments and monitoring tools to ensure the quality and effectiveness of pricing strategies
• Assess the results of product and feature launches, analyzing performance metrics and identifying opportunities for optimization
• Create strategic roadmaps for future pricing capabilities, staying informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership, presenting complex data in a clear and compelling manner
• Partner with data teams to leverage analytics and insights that inform pricing decisions and strategy development

Qualifications & Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, financial analysis, pricing strategy, or a related analytical role
• Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies, balancing multiple priorities, and driving detailed execution in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical ability to assess business results and customer impacts of pricing strategies
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence business decisions effectively
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements for product development
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• High attention to detail and ability to apply systems thinking to complex problems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in lending, credit products, or financial technology
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance considerations in financial products
• Experience with pricing strategy development, implementation, and optimization
• Background in product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch evaluation
• Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with data analysis tools and platforms
• Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies
• Graduate degree (MBA, MS in Finance, MS in Analytics, etc.) preferred
