• Collaborating with team members to enhance overall customer support Responsibilities As a Chat Support Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include
• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat in a timely and efficient manner

• Escalating complex issues to senior team members or Amazon's support teams when necessary
