Join arenaflex: Where Purpose, People, and Performance Come Together

Are you searching for more than just another job? Do you want to work for a company that genuinely makes a difference while also investing in your personal and professional growth? At arenaflex, we believe in the power of meaningful work, empowered employees, and customer-centric service. Our mission is rooted in improving safety on America’s roads by helping drivers with major record violations access affordable, compliant auto insurance. By doing what we do best, we help reduce the number of uninsured and unlicensed drivers in our communities — and that’s a mission worth being part of.

arenaflex is not your typical insurance call center. We are a dynamic, values-driven organization that puts our employees’ wellbeing first because we know that happy employees lead to happy customers. Our culture is built on four foundational pillars: excellence, respect, innovation, and open communication. We believe every team member has the ability to influence and improve our business, which is why we encourage everyone to speak up, share ideas, and step into the spotlight. When you succeed, we all succeed.

We are currently hiring a Remote Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is a unique, full-time opportunity for a motivated insurance professional who thrives in a fast-paced inbound call center environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service while driving performance-based results.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will serve as a trusted advisor and service partner to customers who have been placed with one of our many partnered insurance carriers. You will be the voice of our brand, helping policyholders navigate their insurance needs with confidence, clarity, and care. Your primary responsibility will be answering inbound calls from existing customers, resolving inquiries, processing transactions, and identifying opportunities to ensure each customer is matched with the best possible coverage at a competitive price.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a challenge, loves solving problems, and takes pride in hitting and exceeding performance goals. Our consultants are rewarded for their results, and we provide the tools, training, and support you need to thrive in a metrics-driven, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inbound Customer Support: Answer a high volume of inbound calls from existing customers in a fast-paced call center environment, using multiple programs and systems simultaneously to resolve needs quickly and efficiently.
  • Multi-State Insurance Knowledge: Develop and maintain a broad understanding of insurance requirements, regulations, and carrier guidelines across dozens of states and multiple insurance carriers.
  • Policy Expertise: Answer customer questions related to coverages, billing, payment processing, policy history, and general account information.
  • Needs Assessment & Solution Selling: Use a proactive, consultative approach to identify and assess each customer’s unique needs. Offer our services and create opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, re-shopping, and rewriting policies when appropriate.
  • Issue Resolution & Account Management: Resolve customer concerns, process payments, process policy endorsements, and ensure every customer interaction ends with a positive outcome.
  • Systems & Software Mastery: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the software platforms, products, and internal processes used by arenaflex to serve our customers effectively.
  • Performance Excellence: Consistently maintain high call quality (QA) scores, adhere to process standards, and meet or exceed productivity and performance metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Support teammates and contribute to a positive, goal-oriented team environment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned by leadership.

Essential Qualifications

  • Active P&C License: Must hold a current Property and Casualty insurance license in your resident state.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong accuracy and precision when collecting, entering, and managing customer data.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Reliable Internet Connection: A strong, stable home internet connection is required for remote work.
  • Multi-Tasking Ability: Proven ability to navigate multiple screens, platforms, and carrier systems simultaneously without losing focus or accuracy.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable learning new software and adapting to evolving technology tools.
  • Self-Motivated Learner: Proactive in pursuing personal and professional development; welcomes coaching and feedback as opportunities to grow.
  • Team Player with Energy: High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for working in a collaborative, goal-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: Two or more years of customer service experience in the non-standard auto insurance market, ideally within a multi-carrier or multi-rater environment.
  • Call Center Background: Prior experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced inbound call center.
  • Specialty Knowledge: Familiarity with named non-owner policies and an understanding of SR-22 and FR-44 state filings is a strong plus.
  • Bilingual Skills: Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply and may receive priority consideration.

Skills and Competencies for Success

To excel at arenaflex, you will bring a unique combination of technical insurance knowledge, customer service excellence, and sales-minded thinking. You should be:

  • A Problem Solver: You can think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions that satisfy both the customer and the business.
  • A Consultative Seller: You understand that great service and smart selling go hand-in-hand. You can identify customer needs and present solutions with confidence and integrity.
  • Resilient and Adaptable: You thrive under pressure, embrace change, and remain composed when handling challenging conversations.
  • Empathetic and Patient: You genuinely care about helping people and can communicate with empathy, especially when customers are frustrated or confused.
  • Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by performance metrics, incentives, and the satisfaction of achieving — and surpassing — your targets.
  • Accountable and Coachable: You take ownership of your results and are always looking for ways to improve and grow.

Career Growth and Learning Opportunities

At arenaflex, we believe that career development is a journey, not a destination. We invest in our people because we know that when our employees grow, our company grows. From day one, you will receive comprehensive training to set you up for success, along with ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders. As you build your expertise, you will have opportunities to advance into senior consultant roles, team lead positions, quality assurance, training, or management. We promote from within whenever possible, and we celebrate the achievements of those who go above and beyond.

We also encourage continuous learning through cross-training in different insurance products, exposure to multiple carrier platforms, and skill-building workshops that enhance both your professional and personal capabilities.

Work Environment and Company Culture

arenaflex is proud to be a remote-first employer, giving you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home while still feeling connected to a vibrant, supportive team. Even though we are remote, we prioritize connection, collaboration, and community. We celebrate diversity in all its forms and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive. We believe in giving our employees a voice, recognizing achievements big and small, and fostering a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work every day.

  • Hourly Pay: $20.00 per hour, with regular opportunities for performance-based reviews.
  • Monthly Incentive Bonuses: Rewarding your individual and team performance with monthly incentive opportunities.
  • Comprehensive Training: Paid training to help you master your role and build confidence from the start.
  • Remote Work Flexibility: Work from home with the tools and technology provided to help you succeed.
  • Career Advancement: Clear pathways for promotion and professional development.
  • Supportive Leadership: Access to coaches, mentors, and managers who genuinely care about your success.
  • Positive Work Culture: A workplace that values your contributions, encourages your ideas, and celebrates your wins.
  • Additional Benefits: Depending on eligibility, employees may also have access to health insurance options, paid time off, holiday pay, and other perks designed to support your overall wellbeing.

Equal Employment Opportunity at arenaflex

arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
