As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst – Intern within arenaflex’s Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group, you will play a pivotal role in building a culture of safety, efficiency, and growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, validate, and analyze data sets from multiple sources to identify root‑cause drivers and performance trends.
  • Develop and deliver clear, data‑driven presentations for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, translating complex findings into actionable insights.
  • Support ad‑hoc queries arising from operational incidents, providing rapid, evidence‑based answers that enable senior leadership to make informed business decisions.
  • Design and maintain visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to illustrate key metrics and recommendations.
  • Create and execute detailed data‑extraction queries, ensuring data integrity and alignment with defined business requirements.
  • Conduct audits and process reviews to spot anomalies, assess compliance, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing processes by monitoring for recurring patterns and deviations, proposing enhancements where appropriate.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings to diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into data‑driven solutions.
  • Basic familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., PowerPoint for presentations, Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
  • Experience with data‑preparation platforms such as Alteryx, QuickBase, or similar tools is a plus.
