- Medication Order Processing: Review and process “top‑off” orders, verify prescription details, and resolve any missing or ambiguous medication data by interpreting SIG codes and other clinical abbreviations.
- Patient Communication: Respond to inbound calls, chats, and messages from patients, providing clear guidance on medication status, refill procedures, and any required follow‑up actions.
- Outbound Coordination: Initiate outbound calls to prescribers, pharmacies, and patients to clarify prescription details, obtain authorizations, or resolve discrepancies, documenting each interaction in the system.
