Why This Role Matters

We are on the lookout for a visionary Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility (D&I) Lead to join our rapidly growing External Games team. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Vision: Develop, refine, and own a forward‑thinking D&I roadmap for arenaflex’s external games, incorporating best practices, measurable goals, and budgetary considerations.
• Leadership & Advocacy: Inspire and guide cross‑functional teams to integrate D&I objectives into sourcing, development, and design pipelines, ensuring that inclusion is a core pillar of every project.

Essential Qualifications
