Role Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Clerk – Payroll Conversion Project Specialist, you will be responsible for heavy data entry, data cleansing, and verification activities. Key Responsibilities

  • Enter large volumes of payroll data into Microsoft Excel with a focus on accuracy and speed.
  • Perform data cleansing tasks, including de‑duplication, formatting, and validation of employee records.
  • Verify the integrity of converted data by cross‑checking against source documents and system reports.
  • Collaborate with payroll analysts to resolve discrepancies and ensure alignment with arenaflex’s payroll policies.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all employee and payroll information, adhering to data protection regulations.
