  • Document Formatting: Ensure all documents adhere to company guidelines and established templates, maintaining consistent formatting standards across all materials.
  • Thorough Proofreading: Carefully review all typed materials for errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and format, making necessary corrections while preserving the original intended meaning.
  • File Management: Organize, categorize, and maintain both digital and physical files of typed documents, ensuring easy retrieval and systematic storage according to established filing protocols.
  • Confidentiality & Security: Handle sensitive, proprietary, and confidential information with the highest level of discretion, strictly adhering to data security protocols and privacy standards.

Essential Qualifications
