Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Care Professional with arenaflex's Small Business Services (SBS) division, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued small business clients. Your primary mission will be to deliver best-in-class service through inbound calls, identify client needs, and recommend the right arenaflex Small Business Services products to help their businesses thrive. This is a full-time, virtual position based out of Phoenix, Arizona, with a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour, comprehensive benefits, and clear pathways for career advancement.

  • Provide Exceptional Account Support: Address a wide range of account-related inquiries—including billing, transactions, account maintenance, and service requests—in a fast-paced, structured, and metrics-driven virtual environment.
