  • Lead technical briefings, product demonstrations, and white‑paper presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist customers with architecture planning, proof‑of‑concept execution, and solution validation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including request‑for‑information (RFI) responses, proposal content, and best‑practice guides.
  • Provide ongoing technical support during the sales cycle, including bid assistance, product briefings, and proof‑of‑concept coordination.
  • Travel to client sites, meetings, and industry events as needed to deepen relationships and gather feedback.
  • Continuously learn and stay current with emerging technologies, industry trends, and arenaflex Cloud product updates.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical role that involved client interaction, such as a support engineer, junior solutions architect, or data‑entry specialist.
  • Fundamental understanding of cloud concepts, including virtualization, containerization, and distributed computing.
  • Hands‑on experience with modern development practices, cloud service delivery, and infrastructure management.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes and related technologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to non‑technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Clearance to handle Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) or comparable sensitive government data.
  • Experience designing and implementing micro‑service architectures, Platform‑as‑a‑Service (PaaS) solutions, and API‑driven integrations.
  • Background working with government or public sector clients, especially in security‑focused environments.
  • Knowledge of application security principles, including web application security, identity & access management, and secure development lifecycles.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies, frameworks, and tools within the arenaflex Cloud ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java) for automation and data manipulation.

  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with cross‑functional teams—including product management, engineering, and sales—to drive outcomes.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑changing environment, embracing new tools, processes, and industry standards.
  • Communication Excellence: Craft clear, concise documentation and presentations that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Integrity & Security Awareness: Uphold the highest standards of data protection and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive information.
