Position Overview

The Customer Service Representative – Library Services & Community Engagement will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the arenaflex Library. This role blends interpersonal excellence with technical aptitude, ensuring that every interaction—whether in‑person, over the phone, or via digital channels—is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

  • Resource Navigation: Explain and promote the full spectrum of library services, including job listings, career development tools, and educational resources, ensuring patrons understand how to leverage them.
  • Digital Assistance: Help clients navigate arenaflex’s online platforms, troubleshoot login issues, and guide them to relevant content such as resume builders, interview prep modules, and industry reports.
  • Multi‑Channel Support: Respond promptly to inquiries received via phone, email, and in‑person, delivering accurate information and escalating complex matters when necessary.
